Requests for Access to Personal Information
Upon your written request, Ally will make available to you any personal information about you that we have collected, used or disclosed, subject to the exceptions provided by the applicable legislation. We will make every reasonable effort to respond to your written request within thirty days after receipt. If applicable, we will advise you in writing if we cannot meet your requests within this time. Requests may be subject to fees or disbursements for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of such information, in as permitted by law.
